ePrints
Maximise the discoverability and impact of your publications.
The Newcastle University research output collection, currently available on ePrints, will shortly be moving to a new open repository platform, Figshare. and the MyImpact database is also being replaced. To prepare for the data migration we have paused adding new content to MyImpact and ePrints, and will resume once the new system and repository are launched. We will share updates as available. See the news story about the replacement and migration, including guides for the new system.
Add your publications to ePrints
ePrints is Newcastle University's institutional repository. It provides public access to research outputs produced by our authors.
As publications in ePrints are freely available to everyone, they can reach a wider audience than those that are only available behind a publisher paywall. This helps maximise their discoverability and impact, as well as meeting the open access requirements for REF.
Publications are added to ePrints via MyImpact. The open access team will ensure that uploaded manuscripts comply with the terms of publishing agreements before making them publicly-available.
