There are many ways to travel to campus and we want to support you in making the best choice for your circumstances.
The Newcastle University Travel Plan Update 2015 sets out objectives and targets to address how we can enable colleagues and students to utilise sustainable travel. We are currently working to update the Travel Plan, part of this work involves analysing the data collected from the recent colleague and student commuting surveys. The Commuting survey analysis report 2025.pdf outlines some key findings from the surveys distributed in 2025.
