NUBS Women's Network
Connecting and empowering women across our staff, student and business communities through collaboration, shared experiences and mutual support.
What we do
We run a varied programme of events throughout the academic year. These events are designed to inspire discussion, encourage networking and celebrate the achievements of women across the region.
Our activities have included:
- roundtable discussions featuring staff, alumni and professional women from a range of industries
- events exploring the experience of entering the graduate labour market as a professional woman in business
- talks and panel discussions with women from business and academia
- workshops focused on personal and professional development
- opportunities to connect with external organisations and professional networks
- visits and activities with community organisations across the region
We also work with organisations to create opportunities for our community, including Smart Works, Norton Rose Fulbright, and the Girls Are Investors Network (GAIN).
