Research
Research Interests:
My research is centred around the pre-clinical assessment of novel therapies for medulloblastoma, the most frequent, malignant childhood brain tumour. Key research themes include:
- Development of contemporary in silico and ex vivo drug screening methodologies to identify novel hidden disease drivers.
- High-throughput combination drug screening.
- Generation of 3D in vitro brain tumour models to more accurately recapitulate brain tumour growth, invasion and response to therapy.
