Research
I am a theoretical astrophysicist working on the magnetic evolution of neutron stars. Neutron stars are some of the most extreme objects in the universe, hosting the strongest magnetic fields ever observed. My research focuses on numerical astrophysics, specifically high-resolution simulations of the coupled magnetic and thermal evolution of neutron star interiors. In particular, I am interested in how exotic states of matter, such as proton superconductivity and neutron superfluidity, influence the long-term magnetic evolution of these stars.
