Background
Before coming to Newcastle, I was a Marie Curie Fellow for two years at the University of Glasgow, and before that, I was an NSERC Banting Fellow with Queen Mary, University of London. I completed my PhD in April 2020 at the University of Victoria, BC, Canada.
Research
I am currently the Group Leader of the Analysis Group at Newcastle University. My research lies at the intersection of operator algebras, algebraic number theory, and group theory with connections to topological dynamics. I am the PI for an EPSRC New Investigator Award with project "From Quantum Equilibria to Dynamical Zeta Functions".
