Neal Edmondson is a strategic growth and business development leader with over 15 years’ experience across consultancy, infrastructure, and the UK’s water, energy and environmental sectors. He is Director of Clients & Partnerships at Aqua Consultants, where he leads growth strategy, client engagement, and major framework delivery. 

Neal has held senior roles at Jacobs, Panton McLeod, Grundfos and Yorkshire Water, and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Project North East. 

Neal has a BSc (Hons) in Geography and an MSc in Environmental Biogeochemistry with Consultancy Skills from Newcastle University. He is also a Chartered Manager with an Executive MBA.
