Programme content

Our programme focuses on organisational performance, interpersonal excellence and personal effectiveness.

It develops:

  • stronger skills for leading and managing teams and projects
  • professional growth to influence change
  • better understanding of business benefits
  • improved focus to solve business problems
  • business growth through effective, organised planning

You will go on to deliver impact in your team and across the whole business.

The full apprenticeship standard is set out by the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education.

How is the programme delivered?

The delivery of our apprenticeship programme will include:

  • versatile online delivery
  • support from a vocational skills coach

Apprentices can begin the programme at any time due to a rolling admission process.

The programme fully satisfies the average minimum six hours per week off the job learning. This is required for all apprenticeships funded through the levy. You will collect and collate evidence through real life, work-based practice for your portfolio.

The final end-point assessment involves an interview based on your portfolio, a 4000 word project report based on a work project completed during your apprenticeship, and a project presentation.

Entry requirements

Suitable applicants will be currently employed, in a relevant role, with team and project management responsibilities.

Applicants without a Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications) will need to
achieve level 2 English and maths prior to taking the end-point assessment. This can be arranged as part of the
course.

Funding

Fully funded through the apprenticeship levy, or 95% funded for SMEs through the government funding scheme. The funding band is set at £9,000.
